No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At Nervous System Rewire, your time and progress are very important to us. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our no-show and cancellation policy below:

Cancellations:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.

No-Shows:

A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Rescheduling:

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment at no additional cost.

Repeated reschedules (more than 2 within a month) may result in loss of scheduling priority.

Emergencies:

We understand that emergencies happen. If a true emergency prevents attendance, please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.

The coach has the right to reschedule or adjust times if they need to.
