
I remember back in 2016 my doctor at the time was trying to help me with my condition. My skin was really bad, and we needed to find some relief. She suggested changing the soap I used. What that panic attack needs in that very moment is for you to have learned how to breath in a way that calms down your sympathetic nervous system (which is activated in a panic attack, think flight). That panic attack needs you to know practices and understanding that overrides this ‘idea’ that you are dying (cause it sure feels like it) That panic attack needs for you to have tools to bring you back down to safety, rest, and calm.
