What i actually had:
Limbic system impairment and nervous system dysregulation.
Yes, that whole list was all taken care of by working at it from the right angle.
All those labels and symptoms are real, but they were a result of being stuck in a state of survival. They were a result of my limbic system being impaired, labeling, and perceiving information and stimuli incorrectly. This can happen when you have what we call a ‘perfect storm’. A perfect storm is a mixture of 1 or more stressful events in your life that include you not having all your core needs met as a human. I’m not talking food, water, and shelter. I am talking emotionally. Your nervous system perceived your situation to be unsafe and went into protective mode and stayed there long after the danger was passed. This can happen when we don’t have the proper tools and awareness to work through these times. Your core needs of being enough, and safe were challenged. This all can create a very unhealthy environment inside of your brain and a very dysregulated nervous system that wears down the body, creating symptom after symptom.
Could you just have limbic system impairment?
